We would like to introduce our organization. We are a newly established service contractor based in the greater Hampton Roads, VA community.

All In Marine Electrical Specialists was founded by two retired Navy Chiefs with a cumulative 60+ years experience in shipboard engineering operations and maintenance management.

After lengthy careers in Naval service, We transitioned into the contracting community. We have spent the past 10 years learning what customers expect and the nuances necessary to be successful as a Defense Contractor.

Recently certified as Level II Infrared Thermographers, Al and Ron bring cutting-edge technology to the ship service and repair customer. We have extensive history which includes installation, testing, troubleshooting, service, repair and maintenance of main propulsion engines (diesel / gas turbine), ship service generators, bow thrusters, AC/DC motors and controllers, electrical load distribution centers, central switchboards and control centers, AC&R plants, gauges and instrumentation, and virtually all shipboard electrical equipment and infrastructure.
